Free shipping on every order
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum spend, and no surprise charges at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We do not process or ship on weekends or US public holidays.
Delivery time
All orders ship from our United States warehouse.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. A small number of items ship from our extended warehouse network and may take up to 10 business days. Delivery estimates are in addition to processing time and are not guaranteed.
Order tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment. A re-shipping fee may apply.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 15 business days of the expected delivery date, email support@aleavena.com and we'll investigate and make it right.
