How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your size, and click "Add to Cart". Proceed to checkout and complete your payment.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@aleavena.com.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track My Order page.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. No minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
All orders ship from our US warehouse and arrive in 2–10 business days. Most arrive within 2–5 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging. Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewellery, face masks and beauty products are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email support@aleavena.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll send you a return authorisation and the correct return address. Please don't ship anything back before you receive that authorisation.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Request a return for the original item and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. See our Refund Policy.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart in the image gallery with measurements for length, bust, waist and hip. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us and we'll help you choose.
What are your garments made from?
Fabric composition and care instructions are listed on every product page.
